A management office for private residences. One named manager holds a small number of properties and answers for all of them personally.

Not a cleaning company, not a caretaker roster, not an app. Work is carried out by verified trades under our supervision.
03 / How we are paid
A fixed monthly fee for management. Contracted work is invoiced at cost with a disclosed supervision fee, never a hidden margin.
